If SpanishReadingDaily is not for you, email us within 7 days of any charge and we will refund it in full — no forms, no questions asked. The guarantee applies to every purchase, monthly or yearly.

Card subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel — cancel anytime, no lock-in, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. One-time PayPal payments never renew on their own. Either way, your wordbook and streak remain yours afterwards.

Email 3114688440@qq.com from the address you paid with (or the one linked to your Plus token). We process every refund request within 24 hours — usually much faster. Refunds are issued through PayPal and typically arrive within a few business days, depending on your bank.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
